Shipping and Refund Policies

All orders are custom made after purchase. We work hard to get orders completed and shipped out as soon as possible. Please allow 1-7 business days for your order to be done and packaged. This does not include shipping transit time. You will receive an email with your tracking number the day your order ships. 

Please double check your address before you check out. We are not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address and/or missing info for delivery (apt. # etc.). If an order gets returned to us due to wrong address/missing info new shipping charges will apply.

All orders will ship USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail. Orders are shipped with tracking/delivery confirmation. 

 

Refunds and Exchanges

 

Due to the custom/personalized nature of our business, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges. All orders are done to your specifications, personalization and/or colors and are made just for you. *Please double check your personalization info. *We cannot remake/redo an order if we are given the wrong info (spelling/dates etc.). You will need to place a new order.

Orders can only be changed or cancelled if we have not started work on them yet. 

If your order arrives damaged please send us a message with multiple *clear photos within 3 business days of tracking delivery with pictures of the shipping box and unused item(s) showing damage from shipping. Please retain all items, *including packaging for insurance purposes (the post office may require the item and packaging be brought into them so this is very important).  

If we make an error with your order please contact us with clear photos of the error within 5 business days of receiving your order and we will get it corrected.

 

 

Tracking shows delivered but it's not here. What do I do?

 

 First, please double check the address you submitted with your order is your current address. If it was correct you will want to reach out to your local post office and/or mail delivery person right away and have them help you. They can check the delivery scan gps info and help you find it. If you have any questions please reach out to us.


Please note: We cannot refund or send replacements for orders where tracking shows delivered or the address was not correct.
