Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our business, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges. All orders are cut to your specifications and colors. They are made just for you. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed. If your decal arrives damaged please send us a message within 48 hours of receiving the decal with pictures of the shipping box and unused decal(s) damage from shipping. Please retain all items, including packaging for insurance purposes. We will ship you another decal.
If we make an error with your order please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order and we will get it corrected immediately. Please send photos of what you received. Thank you!
